The Garrett County Celtic Festival celebrates the heritage, arts, and culture of the Appalachian immigrants from Scotland, Ireland, Wales, and Brittany. We are excited to bring the festival to the bonnie banks of the Youghiogheny River at Friendsville's town park for the second year. We look forward to meeting you!
