One Koast Entertainment has combined with Rams Head Live!, The Power Plant Live!, and some of the areas top promoters and artists to bring you Frozen Harbor Music Festival

This event is multi-venue, mulit-genre and multi-day.. We will have over 150 acts spread across two nights and 9 stages in the premier adult entertainment complex in the beautiful Baltimore Harbor district. Acts from all over the Eastern sea board will be on hand with genre's including, country, rock, jam band, reggae, hip hop fusion and EDM
