Mission:
The Library provides materials, resources, and services in a variety of formats to address the community’s cultural, educational, and recreational needs. The Library supports self-directed personal growth; general information requests and resources that chronicle the heritage, culture and governance of the community. The Library fosters the skills needed for finding, evaluating and using information resources and facilitates the opportunity for people to meet and interact with others in the community.
The Board of Trustees and the staff work together to serve the public and to respond to the changing nature of library service.
The Trustees will work to provide a comfortable, inviting and relaxing environment for library users; programs and service that encourages reading, learning, and cultural enrichment for all ages.
