Friends of the Madison School Forest
About the Friends:
The Friends group was formed 20 years ago by teachers, naturalists, and environmental enthusiasts, who cared deeply about protecting the forest and supporting environmental education in the Madison School District.
The Friends also assist in conserving, researching, and protecting the plant and animal communities of the forest, and in purchasing adjacent land to protect the unique natural environment.
