About Us

The Friends of the Hopedale Library, founded in 1983, is an active volunteer, non-profit organization consisting of town-wide membership and a representative executive board. We work with the library staff and the trustees to support the library in providing funds for equpiment, materials and programs not covered by the library's regular operating budget. We offer many children's activities, and we have expanded our adult offerings as well. In this time of budget-cutting, your membership dues (starting at just $5.00 per year) are vital to continue this support.
