Mission:
The Friends of the Effingham Library (FEL) will support quality library services in the community through fundraising, volunteerism and serving as advocate for the Library's programs.
About Us:
The Friends of the Effingham Library was established in 2002 by a small group of residents interested in supporting the growth and development of the library.
The Friends sponsor several fund raising events throughout the year to raise money for the library’s needs which are not covered under the town budget.
