About Us:

A volunteer non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose purpose is to support the resources, services, and programs of the Madbury Library. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the library at 7:00. We continue to work on our plans for building a new library. A development sub committee as well as a steering committee have been established.

Mission:

The goal of the Friends of the Madbury Library is to support and enhance the mission of the Madbury Public Library to augment the center of community life and to enhance that life by encouraging free and open access to ideas and information in support of learning by people of all ages.
