The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Mayville opened at its current location, 360 S. Mountin Drive, in 2002. The clinic houses family medicine physicians, as well as several specialists.

The clinic offers on-site laboratory and X-ray services. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Mayville also features comprehensive physical and occupational therapy services through Agnesian HealthCare’s Sports, Spine & Work Center.
