Fiesta Winery is nestled deep in the heart of Texas, along the Colorado River.  The Baxter Ranch has been family owned for over 6 generations, and is built on love, respect, and family. It is with this inspiration that Steve Baxter decided to grow grapes on the family land.  After tending the vines for some time Steve and Sally, along with their daughter Savannah, entertained the idea of making their own wine. In the kitchen, where most families gather, they began to create what would become a great adventure: Fiesta Winery.  It was not long before they were forced to move out of the kitchen and into a larger space.  With a larger space, came the need for more help.  Soon, their son-in-law Weston McCoury and son, Shane Baxter and his wife Stephanie all rose with enthusiasm to the cause.  Fiesta Winery became a growing success moving from a 3,200 square foot building to an additional 5,000 square foot space. With the growing wine industry in the Fredericksburg area, they opened the first off-site tasting room on Main Street, which is managed by Erin Green. This location became a true blessing that helped grow their Fredericksburg 290 location, which is managed by Selena Cockrill.
