The Fentress County Public Library offers a variety of media and information services to the public.  The library has books for both children and adults.  Genres include both fiction and nonfiction works.  The library also carries various popular book series.  In addition to print materials, the library has CD’s and DVD’s which may be checked out.  The Fentress County Public Library offers other services such as copy and fax services.  Computers and printing services are also available for use.

The Fentress County Public Library has a spacious facility with plenty of seating, a meeting room, and public restrooms.  The library’s new children’s room offers a coloring section; computers for kids; and lots of books, DVD’s, and music CD’s.

Fentress County residents may obtain a library card for free.  There is a fee of $10 for out-of-county residents and $20 for out-of-state patrons.  When applying for a library card, please bring either a driver’s license or utility bill.
