Faith Community Health Center became a member of Prairie Community Health in 1998. The clinic is equipped with three exam rooms, one treatment room, laboratory facilities and digital x-ray technology. This facility is a Veteran’s Administration Community-Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) through the Ft. Meade VA Hospital in Ft. Meade, SD. The Faith Community Clinic is staffed with two on-site Certified Nurse Practitioners, Darci Harper, CNP and Verna Schad, CNP.
