Ellis Health Center offers outpatient services, primary care, emergency care, short stay rehabilitation and long term care (nursing home), with a focus on primary care and wellness medicine. The facility features a day surgery program, medical imaging, laboratory testing, wound care and a sleep disorders center. The Health Center's innovative Medical Home program is improving access to care with a holistic approach to community health.
