A large pond used for swimming in the summer, fishing in the spring, and ice skating in the winter. The park is a popular destination for parents with toddlers and small children because of its gradually sloped, sandy beach. The pond is fed by Roaring Brook which is a state stocked watercourse for fishing. A handicapped accessible fishing pier is available.
