East Wharf Beach
East Wharf Beach is a town beach with a fishing pier once used as a ship building location in earlier days. Shellfishing is available west of the pier only. A gazebo offers scenic views of Long Island Sound. Memorial Day through Labor Day access is limited to pass holders. Passes are available, for purchase, in advance at the Madison Recreation office Mon-Fri. 8:30-4 or by mail. See the Madison Town web site for more information. No pets allowed at any time.
