Non-profit Friends organization responsible for operation of the Eagle River Nature Center and maintenance of 10 miles of trail for Chugach State Park. Established in 1996, the organization provides nature education and recreational opporunities to the public and Alaska school children. The Nature Center is always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help at the information desk or help with trail work.
