Dutcher's Tree Farm

About Us:

Dutcher’s Farm was purchased by Rollo and Phyllis Dutcher in 1967. The first Christmas trees were planted in 1970 and the first harvest was in 1978. The Dutchers purchased an additional five acres in 1980 and converted from commercial to Choose N’ Cut Christmas tree harvest in 2000.

Animals have always been an important part of the farm and over the years we have cared for a menagerie of horses, cows, rabbits, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and turkeys. We produce meat, milk and eggs to feed our family and to sell to consumers.

In 2006, we expanded into the home gardening and fresh produce market, offering vegetable, herb and flower seedlings, plants and produce for sale to consumers. In 2009 we helped start the Sandy Area Farm Loop.
