The Downtown YMCA has been a cornerstone in Columbia’s community for over 150 years. With six floors of exercise equipment, aquatics, an extensive group exercise schedule, men’s and women’s training areas, and much more, the Downtown YMCA is ideal for the fitness minded.

Mon – Thur – 5:00am – 9:00 p.m.
Fri – 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sat – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sun – 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
