The Downtown Family YMCA is located in the heart of Chattanooga, serving our community for 143 years. Completely renovated in 2008, the Downtown Family YMCA is committed to providing services and programs that promote a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Hours Of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
