About the Downtown Clinic:

The Downtown Clinic provides free primary health care (non-emergency) for acute and chronic conditions for Albany County residents who meet the eligibility guidelines.

Once qualified as a Downtown Clinic client, the services in the box to the right are available at no charge.

In addition to these services, the Downtown Clinic provides health education and assists clients in accessing other needed services.
