Located at 701 South 4th street, the downtown Y offers programs for everyone in the family! Facility features include a four-lane lap pool, small pool for young children, gymnasium, racquetball courts, youth and family center, indoor track, free weights, Fitness Center with cardio equipment and Strive weight machines, child watch and a Men’s and Women’s Health Centers with private workout area, sauna and whirlpool. Hours are 5 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturdays and 12 noon - 5 p.m. on Sundays
