At Domaine Pouillon, we've found that our strongest partner in making wine is mother nature. By honoring the effort that the earth has placed into creating its fruit, we are able to produce wines that reflect the dirt, flora, fauna, sun and rain that each grape came into contact with.

Domaine Pouillon is an independent family-owned and operated winery. We are located the beautiful Columbia River Gorge near Lyle, Washington. Each year, we produce 3500 cases of premium wine. Our farming philosophy includes biodynamics and hand-crafting with minimal mechanization in our "petit" winery. We don't "tinker" with our wines. No artificial stabilizing, clarifying, chaptalizing, or acidification takes place. We simply try to pick the grapes when they are at their optimum ripeness for making wine and then gently guide them through the fermentation process. We believe this makes for an approachable, enjoyable, honest bottle of wine.
