Our Mission

One of the aspects of this festival that makes it so unusual is its mission. Because of its market connection, the goal of Bacon Fest is to promote local, small business, entrepreneurship, local restaurants, and purveyors. Lets pump some resources into the city’s economy. Top consideration will be given to vendors who source local handmade products, local businesses or restaurants, and local breweries. This will be a small town experience that will happen annually! Word is spreading quick! This is a ‘must-do’ festival! With that in mind, you can expect more of everything: Craft Beer, Wine, Gasolina Party in a Pouch ready to drink cocktails, Live Music from local bands, bloody mary bar sponsored by Bacon Vodka and Zing Zang, Vendors, bacon dishes from local restaurants, Contests, Games, Souvenirs and of course, more BACON itself!
