Our wine grapes ripen in the high altitude sunlight bouncing off Palisade's towering red sandstone cliffs. Cool nighttime mountain breezes enhance the unique flavors of our Colorado wines. 

After harvest, the grapes are crushed, fermented, and aged in oak barrels for 2-4 years which intensifies their flavors.
