The arboretum is located along the Daniel Boone Greenway, a four mile walking/ biking trail that travels through Harrogate City Park, Lincoln Memorial University campus, an old railroad tunnel, the historic town of Cumberland Gap, and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.
