The Corporation's primary purpose shall be to educate and inform the local and regional consumers of the locally and regionally produced food choices; to educate and inform the local and regional consumers of the health, social, economic and other benefits of locally and regionally produced foods available to them and to provide an opportunity for the local and regional producers to sell, and local and regional consumers to purchase, locally and regionally produced foods.
