Dahlonega Literary Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the literary experience of the people in Dahlonega and surrounding areas. A part of Lumpkin Literacy, DLF sponsors a literary festival in Downtown Dahlonega each spring. Highlights of the non-profit festival are headliner presentations; author panels; book signings; book sales; and Lunch with an Author, held at various Dahlonega restaurants. All events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
