Currie Municipal Golf Course - East Course
About Currie East (Now 9 Holes)
Currie East is the original 18-hole layout designed and constructed by Mr. Gilbert Currie, the man for whom Currie Municipal Golf Course is named. Mr. Currie’s vision was to provide a reasonably priced, beautifully designed course for all citizens to enjoy. The front nine has been closed to accommodate the new (2015) Driving Range. The layout and conditions of Currie East are generally representative of comparable courses in the region with three tee boxes and an average course and slope rating, which can accommodate all skill levels.
