About Us:

The Culbertson Museum and staff provide an educational opportunity for the surrounding area by preserving artifacts, photographs, and other historical items. Displays are designed to keep the people of this area, particularly the youth, in touch with their colorful past, and to inform and entertain the thousands of guests who come each year.

Leave today behind you -- for a few minutes or a few hours. Discover the rich and fascinating history of the "Old West" at the Culbertson Museum. As a visitor we will experience life as it was in the 1890's through the 1940's. Displays depict actual cowboy pioneer and homesteader artifacts and photographs in settings as they were in "the good old days". As was true of pioneer hospitality and helpfulness, you may come a stranger, but leave a neighbor and a friend.
