History:

Crystal Palace Casino - Davis Gaming, LLC, doing business as the Crystal Palace Casino purchased the former Papone's Palace Casino building in 2011. Davis Gaming is composed of several family members based in Oregon, who have invested more than $1 million in the casino. The casino is in part of the Dostal Block, which was originally a meat market. Joseph O. Dostal opened the $3,000 building in 1874. It has housed a pool hall, bakery and jeweler. Before gaming, a museum in the building offered free admission, but ultimately charged patrons to get out.
