Owner Richard Spencer has had a keen interest in fine wines for many years, a pastime cultivated with long-time family friend and partner Michael Conway. The wine at CRU Wine Company is produced by Ken Post. CRUÂ produces the following wine varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah/Shiraz and Zinfandel.
