The festival features the authentic tastes of Louisiana, Southern BBQ, and Asian/Cajun Fusion cuisine. Specialties offered include crawfish, catfish, alligator, frog legs, crab, shrimp, oysters, gumbo, jambalaya, sausages, dogs, wings, garlic noodles, beignets and desserts.
There will be live Cajun, Zydeco, Blues and Country Music on two stages. Other festival activities include cooking demos, dance lessons, crawfish races, a kid's zone, a marketplace, and more!
