 It started a  hobby  with his father in the basement and continued in the service. As Fred was a Navy cook making balloon wine for his shipmates. Then after raising his  family started the hobby back up starting from balloons and growing from there. We are raising the blackberries and watermelons. Picking the elderberries from mother nature along with mullberries from the backyard tree. Cherries and strawberries are gotten locally. As a hobby I have tried making wine from everything. But now going commerial fucosing on just a few. Blackberry is the favorite of the family and friends.

 WithTina making candles as a long time hobby. She is proud of long lasting burning candles and having the scent lasting all the way down. She has many shapes, scents and variety of melts. Which with the wine can enhance any evening on Lake Pomme de terre.
