Costanza Orchard, located in Belen is home to over 1,000 apple trees nestled on 6 acres in the lower Rio Grande Valley in northeast Belen, just 30 minutes south of the Big-I. We are one of the largest apple orchards in the state.
We begin our annual harvest around Labor Day weekend and we sell direct from our farm - folks love to come out with the kids, brouse our apple barn, stroll through the orchard and even pick their own apples. Apples are sold in 5#, 10#, 20# bags and in bushels. We also offer "bag your own". We sell quality apples for your eating pleasure and yet offer blemished apples at a reduced price for all our customers who love to cook, bake, freeze, dry, or make cider with our apples. We provide "Specials" for those unique customers looking for apples to feed their pets - dogs, birds, cows, horses, goats, pigs, you name it ( apples are a healthy snack for animals as well as humans!)
Our customers love to come out and view our apple processing area and many enjoy a walking tour of our orchard of 1,000 trees spanning 6 acres! We encourage the kids to pick their own apple and taste-test straight from the tree. We also offer "pick-your-own" through the end of season.
