Cosey Point Ranch

Cozy Point Ranch is a 170 acre horse and cattle ranch located at the confluence of the Roaring Fork River and Brush Creek in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley.  The Ranch is 6 miles NW of Aspen between the communities of  Snowmass Village and Woody Creek.  The land, which is designated as public open space, is owned by the City of Aspen and consists of approximately 60 acres of flat irrigated hay meadow & pasture, 30 acres of equestrian facilities with the balance in wooded hillsides of Pinion, Juniper and Sage.

The ranch lies on a wide bench above the Roaring Fork River at an elevation of 7500 feet with views of the 14,000 foot Elk Mountains to the south and the Sawatch Range, including Independence Pass to the north and east.
