The City's first off-leash dog park was officially opened on January 21, 2012. The park, an excellent example of a partnership between the City of Bartlesville and a group of civic-minded residents, provides over 2.5 acres "where a dog can be a dog". There are two separate areas, one for the small dogs and one for the large dogs.Â
