Concord Health Center

Concord Health Center was opened to the community in 1980.  Over thirty years later it is still providing caring, local and personal health care services to the residents of Concord and beyond.  Along with a dedicated group of nurses and front office staff, the following providers at Concord Health Center are proud to participate in the type of comprehensive and coordinated style of health care that has come to define a Medical Home.
