Community Outreach YMCA

As a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening the community through Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility, the Y was created in response to social challenges and remains to this day a lifeline in communities around the world. The Community Outreach Y understands these challenges that keep individuals from reaching their full potential and responds with programs, services,  and support for people to become more self-reliant, productive and connected to the community.

The Community Outreach branch will continue its work to connect YMCA services to youth and families throughout the Greater Rockford areas. Through various programs and services like our Achievers, Teen Reach, GED, and Fit For Life programs the YMCA works with 100's of youth & teens in strengthening education, physical fitness and community involvement.
