Community Connections Free Clinic is a community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is:
To provide basic health care for those who cannot afford or access medical services in Iowa County and surrounding areas.
CCFC’s guiding principle is that, together, we can eliminate the obstacles to health care in our community, one patient at a time.
