Columbia River Gallery specializes in the award winning custom framing of owner, Donna Erwin, who took top honors internationally in 2007, 2008, 2013 and 2014 . Newly relocated to 303 E Columbia River Highway (SAME building, lower level), the gallery features the work of many Pacific Northwest artists and artisans, including:
