Columbia Park

Strauss and Main Street
Park Hills, MO 63601

The city was awarded a grant from the Land and Water Conservation Fund to construct the new lighted walking trail in our largest and most used city park. The trail circles the park, weaving through trees and other flora for six tenths of a mile. Residents are encouraged to enjoy the exercise opportunity provided by the trail. The trail is marked in tenths of a mile for walkers interested in fitness pacing.

Columbia Park also includes a public swimming pool (open May - Aug. 12:00 to 5:00 Mon. - Sat. and 1:00 - 5:00 Sun.), three shelters, gazebo, chapel, picnic facilities, and a large outdoor amphitheater.

Use of the pavilions is on a first-come-first-serve basis, or they may be reserved by calling City Hall. Some events such as the Blessing of the Bikes occur at the park annually. You can find Columbia Park at the intersection of Strauss and Main St. Rest room facilities are available.
