Colquitt Regional Primary Care Clinic, located at 6 Hospital Park adjacent to the Colquitt Regional Medical Center campus, provides quality health care services for the entire family. The clinic is staffed with physicians, nurses and technologists available to treat patients by appointment as well as those who arrive without an appointment.

Our facility is equipped with 18 examination rooms, two special procedure rooms, an on-site laboratory and x-ray services. Whether an established patient or new patient, quality service with a personal touch is our goal.
