College Run Farms
About Us:
College Run Farms is a small family farm located in Surry, Virginia. Owners Steve & Jordan Berryman started the farm in 1999 just after graduating from college. While strawberry farming was a new venture for Farmer Steve, he is the 6th generation to farm in his family. The couple's young sons, Jake & Henry, enjoy helping on the farm each day, too!
The farm is named after a creek that runs behind the farm which is an important souce of irrigation for the crops. College Run Farms is typically open from May through October, but days/hours vary with the seasons and crop availability. We are a PICK-YOUR-OWN farm that allows customers to enter the field and harvest their own produce. We are also well-known for our homemade ice cream that is sold inside our farm store.
