This is an undeveloped property with hunting access allowed. The terrain is a mixture of swamp and farmland leading up to the lake. From Old 27 take Copeland Road east at Kinderhook. About two and a half miles east.

Fishing: No boating access, but anglers are welcome to cast off the banks or carry in a non-motorized craft.
