Coal City Octoberfest

- The Coal City Junior Woman's Club will not assume liability for losses, damages or injury sustained by/to exhibitors or spectators
- Space is limited-reservations are first come-first serve. If you want a space located next to/near a particular person/Vendor or you would like to request a certain booth number, please indicate this on your application.
- The show will be held rain or shine. Reservation fees are non-refundable and must accompany application.
- Electricity is not available or provided . .
- Exhibitor must furnish their own set-up (tables, canopies, chairs etc) Campers or large vehicles will not be placed on the main street. No crafter displays and supplies are allowed in the nearby yards or sidewalk areas. Please clean your space before leaving.
- The Coal City Junior Woman's Club reserves the right to reject any application. The sale of weapons, tobacco products, fog or stink bombs and any other illegal items is not allowed. Objectionable merchandise will be removed at the discretion of the Junior Woman's Club.
