Cloverdale Ale Company - Ruth McGowan's BrewPub

January 1, 2015 marks the next generation for Love Ale fans. The founders of Ruth McGowan's Brewpub in 2002, Mary Ann and Michael Brigham sold the brewpub to Cloverdale Ale Company, which is owned by long-time locals Doug & Lois Dilley and Jeff & Elsie Richardson.

As huge fans of the brewpub, the new owners strongly believe: There's no reason to change a good thing! Operations at the brewpub will remain basically unchanged. The brewpub will continue to be the home of great beer & food, music & fun times, and most importantly of all great people!

The Cloverdale Ale team will also be focused on increasing beer production at the pub, and is actively exploring possibilities to increase brewing capacity at a second production location. Life is good when people are creating a wonderful demand for our beer!

Brewmaster, Tim Gallagher, supplies the Pub with a selection of beer for any taste preference. Since Tim started brewing, he has created new popular beer recipes, production has more than doubled and their signature Cloverdale Ale has skyrocketed in popularity. CLOVERDALE beer is now served on tap at several venues around the county, as well as sold in bottles at a number of retail outlets.

The Pub's team is dedicated to brewing the best hand-crafted beers, serving good food and keeping the atmosphere friendly.
