Clouses' Pine Hill Farm

2696 Greenspring Road
Winchester, VA 22603

Ron and Roberta Clouse started the Clouse's Pine Hill Farm in 1977 when they allowed some high schoolers to plant pine trees on their property for a school project. The school project quickly grew to their own field of Scotch and White Pine trees at their home in Cross Junction. The first crop of pines was harvested in 1984 and every year since then a new crop of trees has been harvested. The Clouses purchased a larger farm in 1986 and planted a greater variety of trees. This location now hosts families from across the region as they choose-and-cut from over 15,000 trees. Ron and Roberta operate the farm with the assistance of their son Ryan, wife Mandy and daughters Marissa and Rebekah. Randy, Autumn, and sons Dan and Nathan visit the operation from their home in Texas every Christmas.
