Mission:
The Clinton County Historical Society (CCHS) is organized to maintain a framework for collecting, preserving and interpreting the records and artifacts significant to the history of Clinton County. The CCHS encourages research into local history, recommends the preservation of historical structures and sites, presents free educational programs about the county’s history, seminars to members and public and cooperates with other organizations interested in historical preservation.
