About Us.

Christoval Vineyards was established in 1985, with Cabernet and Riesling installed the first two fields.  The original 2.5 acre Riesling field is still active and producing high quality Texas Riesling grapes.  In 2008, San Angelo natives Drexell ("Drex") and Nancy Vincent purchased the estate, with the vision on creating a destination for people who love wine and the outdoors. Since that time, the vineyard has been expanded to over 8 acres of vineyard, with 4 new varietals of grapes planted since that time.  Drex actively operates the vineyard and manages the estate grounds.  His artistic and architectural vision has led to what is truly a one of a kind wine and event destination in West Texas.
