The Bureau of Environmental Health Services, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services will conduct a workshop for producers of foods sold at farmer's markets at four locations. The focus will be on the regulations and exemptions, approved source, food safety and sanitation, and processing of non-exempt foods.
