Chile the Kid Beer and Wine Festival

This is a new and exciting event for the race track, as we welcome New Mexico’s craft wine and beer industry for free sampling and sales. Chile the Kid was started by Ruidoso Midtown Association to become a must-attend event for win and beer enthusiasts in New Mexico and across the South West. Sponsored by City Bank, Chile the Kid Festival will benefit non-profits & local businesses. The goal is to bring together the community for three days of fun with horse racing, craft beer, wine, green chile, local merchants and live entertainment. Event guests will receive a free Chile the Kid Pint or Wine Glass, with admission to the festival. We aim to make this an educational experience, where participants can sample a wide selection of brands and styles in a giant tent located right outside Billy the Kid Casino each day during racing.
